Raises $3M in Series A Funding
Emerging Leader in Web-Based Training and E-Learning Solutions Closes First Institutional Round from Gabriel Venture Partners.
MILLINTHICUM, MD -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 09/21/2004 -- Knowledge Management Solutions, Inc. (KMSI), a leader in Web-based Training and E-Learning Solutions, today announced the closing of a $3 million Series A round of funding, led by Gabriel Venture Partners. KMSI will use the funds to accelerate the industry adoption of its KMx Enterprise Advanced Distributed Learning Platform. As a result of the financing, Philip Summe and Phil Garfinkle of Gabriel Venture Partners will be joining the board of directors, along with Mr. Robert Danna of KMSI.
